Produce Options

Here is a list of all the possible vegetables, fruits, herbs, and flowers you can choose from. Note that availability may be limited at certain times of the year. Garden plants are available on a limited basis to gardeners who do not sign up for a garden package.  We recommend picking between 3 and 6 vegetables per 4' x 8' raised bed (depending on the vegetable), or 5 to 8 herb or flower varieties per bed.  Don't see one of your top choices?  Let us know and perhaps we can add it on.  Prices will vary, depending on the item and whether you are signed up for a garden package or are buying plants independently.


Early Spring Vegetables

kale, lettuce, spinach, radishes, beet greens, arugula, mixed salad greens, spicy braising mix, asparagus (takes 2-3 years from planting until harvesting should begin), green garlic, rhubarb

Mid to Late Spring Vegetables

kale, lettuce, spinach, radishes, beet greens, arugula, mixed salad greens, spicy braising mix, bok choi, Swiss chard, fennel, kohlrabi, baby beets, spring carrots, Japanese salad turnips, scallions, cabbage, broccoli, collard greens, sugar snap and snow peas, garlic scapes


Spring Fruits

strawberries (June-bearing)


Spring Herbs

cilantro, dill, parsley, chives, lavender,

Summer Vegetables

cucumbers, summer squash, okra, sweet corn, bush and pole beans, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, "lunchbox" snack peppers, hot peppers, eggplant, artichokes, carrots, beets, lettuce, mixed salad greens, kale, Swiss chard, onions, scallions, garlic, potatoes

Summer Fruits

strawberries (ever-bearing), watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, raspberries, blueberries (raspberries and blueberries will take 2-3 years from planting before you can harvest)

basil (pesto-style, Thai, lemon, lime, red, holy), cilantro, dill, parsley, sage, thyme, rosemary, oregano, mint,
